At Bruthen Primary School, we are proud of our welcoming, inclusive community where every child is known, valued and supported to thrive. We warmly invite new families to join our school and encourage you to contact the office to arrange a tour and see our learning environment in action.

We are currently accepting new enrolments and have the capacity to welcome students across a range of year levels.

Foundation (Prep) Enrolments

All Victorian government primary schools follow the statewide Foundation (Prep) enrolment timeline.    

The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child into Foundation (Prep) at a Victorian government primary school, including our school. You can find information and resources about the enrolment timeline at: Enrolling in Foundation (Prep).

Our school uses the Department of Education’s secure digital enrolment system called VicStudents. This allows families to submit applications online and receive updates throughout the process. If you have any questions, please contact our school. Paper enrolment forms are also available on request.

Other Year Level Enrolments  

We also accept enrolment applications for students in other year levels at any time throughout the school year.

Eligible students who live within our school zone are guaranteed a place. Students residing outside the zone may also be enrolled where places are available.

School Zones

Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which provides the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria. 

Students who reside within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school, based on their permanent residential address.

We currently have additional capacity and welcome enquiries from families who reside outside of our school zone.
