‘Parent, Student, Teacher Conversations’

Term 1:  Getting to know you and your child with informal chats and an end of term 1, Parent, Student and Teacher Conversation, aimed at sharing information about your children that will assist us in working together to support your child’s learning.

Term 2:  A written report, which is sent home at the end of term 2, with an optional parent, student and teacher conversation on request.

Term 3:  Parent, Student Teacher Conversation to share your child’s learning journey and identify where to next.

Term 4:  A written report at the end of the term to celebrate your child’s learning journey. Conversations are available on request with classroom teachers.

Your child’s education represents a partnership between the teacher, your child and you.  Regular interactions strengthen this partnership, and parents are encouraged to speak regularly to teachers about his or her child’s progress throughout the year. 

If you have any concerns you wish to express or simply wish to chat about your child’s progress, please contact your child’s teacher or the principal.  However, we request that you arrange a mutually agreeable time.
